This year we have made some fantastic advances:
– HICSS was the first Endoscopy Reporting Software to achieve NEDi2 compliance.
– We achieved both ISO-9001 and DCB-0129 certification.
– We’ve expanded our team so we can provide improved customer service.
– A HICSS Customer Portal has been created including a suite of training videos and a customer forum.

– Rolling out HICSS v8 to our customers, enabling Trusts to meet their NEDi2 obligations. Please contact us when you are ready to take this upgrade.
– We helped customers meet their HIMSS objectives by providing an electronic referral process.
